HSO Graduate Programme
HSO’s 2-year graduate programme is now open: closing date for applications are 27th August 2021.
Programme start date: 3rd November 2021 beginning with an 4 week, in-depth, consulting masterclass in Reading – fully expensed, including living allowance, all meals and accommodation.
For those who want a flying start to their career, the HSO Graduate Programme is an excellent starting point. A university degree in (technical) business administration, business economics, finance, supply chain management, marketing or IT is to your advantage, but not necessarily required.
Do you have a different background, but a lot of affinity with technology and are you analytically strong? Then this programme could still be for you. After an intensive Masterclass, which is provided by our own HSO Academy, you'll be ready to tackle your first project in no time.

Microsoft cloud technology

We have been running our graduate scheme for the past five years recruiting and developing our graduates into Junior Project Managers who have a real impact on the business and for our customers.

HSO recruitment process 2021
12th July – 3rd September 2021: Selected applicants will have a telephone interview with a HSO Recruiter
27th August 2021: Application Close Date
15th/16th September 2021: Selected applicants will be invited to a Graduate Assessment Day (held at The Village Hotel, Coventry)
20th September –1st October 2021: Final interviews will take place
3rd November 2021: Successful applicants will be starting with HSO
